1º. Cream of zucchini «Naturvie» style with World in Love


This is not just any cream, it is not conceived like the usual winter creams. This recipe is intended to enter the mouth something that is not heavy, but tasty and refreshing. It can be taken as a first course or introduced in the menu between two to dust off our palate of more copious appetizers. For this we will serve the same at room temperature, even something cooler than normal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion

  • 3 courgettes

  • 1 spoon of lemon juice

  • 1 sprig of fresh mint

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • EVOO World in Love by Naturvie

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and crush it. Wash the courgettes, remove them, cut them in half, lengthwise, and then in taquitos, the smaller they will be before in the pan.

  2. Heat a little oil, add the onion and sauté until tender, without letting it brown. Add the zucchini and fix it with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes, stirring until it softens.

  3. Grind with a few mint leaves (four per person) until you get a cream, pour the sugar and store in the fridge.

  4. Once tempered, crush again with the lemon juice and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The most typical Christmas recipes is that we go to meat and fish as main ingredients and yet leave others as the potato in a secondary role, as a simple companion. Well, this recipe claims the role of the potato in particular demonstrating how, making good use of it in combination with other products, can become an exquisite dish.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot with plenty of water and a little salt. We boil until they are tender.

  2. When they are ready, we drain them and let them warm up. We arrange them on a baking tray and lightly shave until they break.

  3. We pepper it, we water it with a little Arbequina Naturvie Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and put on top of each potato a bit of olive jam and a bit of grated cheese.

  4. Sprinkle the rosemary leaves on top and grate in the oven until the cheese is browned.

3º Chocolate and Orange Cake with Orange EVOO


One of the most recent and most elaborated products is Naturvie Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which far from being flavored has a laborious and natural process where natural oranges take on a special role to offer and bring all their aroma and flavor to the Naturvie quality oil.

Container: Mold about 20cm


Ingredients:

  • Natural yogurt 125gr.

  • 1 glass of orange-striped yogurt

  • 3 eggs

  • 300 gr approx. Of flour

  • 1 cup of cocoa powder yogurt

  • 1/2 orange

  • 2 sugar yogurt cups

  • AOVE of Orange 2 glasses of yogurt

  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • butter to spread the mold

Preparation:

  1. Empty the natural yogurt in a bowl so that you can use your container as a measure.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180º for 10 minutes of preparation of Biscuit.

  3. In another bowl mix the sugar, the eggs and beat them vigorously with rods.

  4. Add to this last bowl the Orange Oil and the yogurt, keep beating until you get a homogeneous mixture. Important: No lumps.

  5. With a strainer, add the measures of yeast and flour. process called sieving. Finish mixing everything, without lumps or cakes.

  6. Add the cocoa (if we like more chocolate flavor add half a glass more) and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  7. Pour the grated orange peel.

  8. Squeeze a little orange juice and stir for a homogeneous result.

  9. Grease the mold that has been chosen with butter evenly, heat it if necessary in the microwave to make it easier to impregnate it.

  10. Put the dough in the mold and heat it to the oven in medium height at an average temperature of 180º for 40 minutes.

  11. Two minutes before the oven goes off, make the test of the toothpick: Insert it in the center of the cake, this will be done not the toothpick comes out completely clean, but returns to put it at low temperature for another 10 minutes.

How to serve: Although we have already used the Orange Oil in the creation of the dough, it will be a delight if we add a chocolate ball to the plate along with a portion of Sponge cake and, above it, a good squirt of Orange Oil. Delicious!
