Green salad with prawns and citrus touch


  1. 1 handful of spinach 1/2 avocado sprouts

  2. 1/4 sweet onion

  3. 125g of prawns

  4. 1 clove garlic

  5. Olive oil with orange Naturvie

  6. 1/2 lime juice

  7. 1/2 lemon juice

  8. 1 teaspoon of varied seeds Salt


  1. Put a squirt of olive oil to the Naturvie orange to heat in a pan together with a clove of very chopped garlic.

  2. Pour the prawns and cook over medium heat until they catch their color. Add the lemon juice, the lime juice and salt to taste; Turn the heat a little and sauté until golden brown.

  3. In a bowl of salad, put a good handful of spinach sprouts.

  4. Cut the onion into strips and add to the spinach together with the avocado also cut, the warm prawns and a teaspoon of assorted seeds.

  5. Finish by dressing the salad with a good splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the Naturvie orange and salt to taste.
