Orange Lavender Bread

The combination of properties and aromas of lavender together with the Naturvie Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil make this recipe something original and exquisite to surprise your guests, do not stop doing it! You’ll love it.



• 3/4 cup of coconut flour

• 2 tsp. yeast

• 5 large eggs

• 1/4 cup Orange Oil from Naturvie

• 2 tbsp. tapioca

•Pinch of salt

• 1/2 tbsp dried Lavender flowers

• 1/2 orange grated

• Seeds to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180º. Mix the wet ingredients on one side and the dry ones on the other. When they are well integrated, mix everything well and at the end add the orange zest and dried lavender flowers. Grease a mold, pour the mixture and decorate with seeds and orange slices. Bake for 25-30min. depending on the oven (do the stick test). It can be taken with both sweet and salty.

As always, I like to talk a little about the properties of some of the ingredients in the recipe, in this case lavender.

• Contains limonene, which helps detoxify the body by its action on the liver.

• It is well known for its relaxing action, helping to combat stress and to fall asleep.

• It is important to keep in mind that it is not recommended that pregnant women take it because it is a uterine stimulant.
