Essence of Tuscany in Extremadura.


In our estate of El Hoyo we have the best known of the Italian varieties, the Frantoio, a

Mediterranean olive “aria” with the touch of one of the best artisans of the oil of Spain, Naturvie.


Use: To enjoy their nuances use it in bitter-leaf salads, grilled vegetables and tempuras. It is also

perfect to accompany cured cheeses, cured fish, carpaccio or marinated meats.


Taste: The fruity of this oil is green with a medium-high intensity. Other sensorial connotations like the Macedonian, ripe apple, green grass and banana can be perceived. It emphasizes the sensation of sweet above the bitter and spicy one, it is a smooth

and harmonic olive oil in the mouth.
