Our Manzanilla Cacereña’s virgin extra olive oil is characterized mainly by the big smell power it has which reminds to fruity aromas specially banana, mix of fruits, apple and kiwi. These nuances are

mixed at the same time with artichokes, green tomato, and fresh almond.


Use: We recommend to season any type of cream or purée with this type of olive oil because it is the key to give a perfect final aftertaste to our dish. It is adequate for all types of tasty fishes like cod or salmon.


Taste: Green fruity of excellent intensive aroma. In mouth it is aromatic and equilibrated with spicy and bitter pleasant notes.
