Ingredients:
1 puff pastry
1 egg
Goat curl cheese
Sweet fig spread Naturvie
Roasted pine nuts
Pedro Ximénez Naturvie vinegar
Preparation:
Cut the puff pastry into squares (it can be in circles if it suits you better). We paint one of the squares with beaten egg and on top we will put another square to which we will have removed the center (like a frame); we will also paint it with egg. Repeat the operation until the entire plate is finished. The cuts can bake them and take advantage of them.
We preheat the oven to 200ºC and bake the puff pastry for 15 – 20 minutes. Starting at minute 15, you control. When they are ready, we take out the oven and let it cool completely.
We crumble the goat cheese and put a little in the center of each puff pastry, put a teaspoon of sweet pate of Naturvie figs on top and decorate with toasted pine nuts. We repeat the operation until finishing all the puff pastries.
When we go to serve we put 3 drops of vinegar to Pedro Ximénez Naturvie (I have used a dropper that I keep to use in the kitchen) in each puff pastry. It is important not to put more since it would wet the puff pastry and we would not notice the taste of the other ingredients.
