Fresh Tomato Sauce, Cashew Nuts and Basil with Fusilli

  • 200g of fusilli

  • 160g of crushed natural tomato

  • 40g of cashew nuts

  • 2 teaspoon dried basil

  • Salt

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh basil


  1. Put salt water in a pot and heat it. When it breaks to boil, put the pasta inside and cook for 9 minutes. After time, drain and reserve.

  2. On the other hand, put in a blender glass tomato with cashew nuts, Italian variety EVOO Frantoio, salt to taste and basil. Grind well until no pieces remain.

  3. Put the sauce on top of the pasta and mix well. Cut the tomatoes in half and serve them on top of the pasta and finish the dish adding a few pieces of fresh basil, cut very thin.
