CHEESE FETA AROMATIZED WITH KORONEIKI OIL AND HERBS
The original variety of Greece, Koroneiki, offers us rich positive values in the mouth, such as its creaminess or light touch bitter and spicy at the same time. Hence, it is an excellent option to mix it with a type of cheese like feta, with a light flavor, without attributes that stand out and take away the prominence of extra virgin olive oil.
The touch of the herbs gives the appetizer different notes, tango tastes as olfactory, culminating in a rich combination to take before a meal and share an ideal moment with friends or family.
120g of Feta
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
A few balls of black and red pepper EVOO variety Koroneiki de Naturvie
Cut the feta into dice if we have not already bought it.
We put it in a glass jar and add the herbs and pepper. Fill the jar with extra virgin olive oil until it covers all the cheese. Stir gently to mix the spices and close the jar well.
We can consume it immediately or store it in the fridge overnight to get more flavor.
