Ingredients:
2 table oranges
2 cloves of garlic
25g of chorizo
2 eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Arbequina Naturvie
Salt
A stream of lemon
Instructions:
Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces that are not too big.
Laminate the clove of garlic and cut the chorizo into pieces.
We put everything in a bowl or a salad bowl and mix well.
Fry the eggs that we will place on the plate.
Align with a little lemon juice and salt to taste and top off with a good spray of Native Virgin Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
