  1. Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces that are not too big.

  2. Laminate the clove of garlic and cut the chorizo into pieces.

  3. We put everything in a bowl or a salad bowl and mix well.

  4. Fry the eggs that we will place on the plate.

  5. Align with a little lemon juice and salt to taste and top off with a good spray of Native Virgin Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
