Salmon with honey curry with Manzanilla Cacereña

 Salmon with honey curry with EVOO from Manzanilla Cacereña

We can prepare the salmon of one and a thousand form, but without a doubt, salmon curry with honey will be your favorite. And if we accompany it with a salad we will have an easy and healthy dinner in a moment.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

We will start by preheating the oven to 180ºC.

Then we will put the supreme salmon on a baking sheet, which we have previously covered with aluminum foil.

Then we will add the other ingredients on top of the salmon; in the following order; salt, honey, curry and cumin; these last two ingredients are added a little to the personal taste of each one.

Finally we will pour the four spoonfuls of Manzanilla Cacereña Extra Virgin Olive Oil Naturvie on top of the salmon supreme.

We put the tray in the oven, preheated to 180º and let it bake for about 25 minutes. After a while, we take it out of the oven and serve it. And we can accompany the supreme salmon with a salad.

And you would have this dish so rich and healthy!
