Green salad with prawns and citrus touches of Canons
Put a squirt of olive oil to the Naturvie orange to heat in a pan together with a clove of very chopped garlic.
Pour the prawns and cook over medium heat until they catch their color. Add the lemon juice, the lime juice and salt to taste; Turn the heat a little and sauté until golden brown.
In a bowl of salad, put a good handful of spinach sprouts.
Cut the onion into strips and add to the spinach together with the avocado also cut, the warm prawns and a teaspoon of assorted seeds.
Finish by dressing the salad with a good splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the Naturvie orange and salt to taste.
- 1 handful of spinach 1/2 avocado sprouts
- 1/4 sweet onion
- 125g of prawns
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil with orange Naturvie
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of varied seeds Salt
