Recipe of Chickpea Flour Pudding with Cornezuelo EVOO

Recipe Pudding of Chickpea Flour and Cornezuelo EVOO

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter of water
  • 330 gr of chickpea flour
  • 220 ml of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cornezuelo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Naturvie
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • Black pepper ground to taste
  • 3 teaspoons ground Cumin

PREPARATION

We preheat the oven to 190º C.

We put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well until all the ingredients are well integrated.

Put on a baking sheet (NOT removable) and bake until curdled, usually 45 minutes or more.

Let temper a little and serve with ground cumin and salt. We can also arrange a bowl with harissa sauce or any other hot sauce as it suits the whole well.
