The perfect breakfast for this Christmas: Oatmeal porridge with fig and oil syrup, honey and lemon
Preparation time: 20 minutes
- 175ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Manzanilla Cacereña Naturvie
- 1 teaspoon Sweet fig pate Naturvie
- 1 teaspoon of muesli
In a small bowl, mix the EVOO Naturvie, honey and lemon.
On the other hand, we put the milk together with the oats in a saucepan and let it boil over medium heat.
Once it starts to boil, add a spoonful of the honey syrup and stir well.
Let boil for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and serve in a bowl where we will let stand for 10 minutes.
Once thickened, add the remaining syrup and a teaspoon of Sweet Fig Spread. Decorate with a teaspoon of muesli.
