Tagliatelle recipe with salmon and Olives Tapenade

Tagliatelle with Salmon and Olive Tapenade

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tagliatelle nests or pasta tapes
  • 2 tablespoons Naturvie olive tapenade
  • 2 salmon loins
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Red onion
  • Water
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by cooking the pasta in plenty of salted water and following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Meanwhile, add salt and dill to the salmon and cut the onion in julienne.

Put a splash of oil in a pan and lightly cook the onion until tender. Remove it and, in the same pan, cook the salmon.

Drain the pasta once cooked and serve on two plates. Add a tablespoon of Naturvie olives tapenade to each dish and mix well.

Finally, add the sliced salmon and red onion.

Serve warm and ready to enjoy!
