SALMON WITH COSTRA OF SALT SCALES WITH SPICES
Preparation time: 30 minutes
- 2 salmon loins
- 1 tablespoon of EVOO Naturvie
- 1 teaspoon Salt flakes with spices Naturvie
- 1 lime
In a small bowl, mix the Extra Virgin Olive Oil together with the ½ lime juice and the Naturvie spice salt.
Next, we put the salmon loins on a baking tray and spread them with the mixture we have prepared. Cut the other half of the file into slices and place them under the salmon loins.
Bake at 200º for 20 minutes and then lower to 180º and, in grill mode, let brown for 3-4 minutes or until we see it toasted.
Remove and serve with a garnish of green asparagus.
