This exceptional olive oil comes from the coupage of five varieties of olives very characteristic of Spain: Cornezuelo, Picual, Picuda, Arbequina and Hojiblanca.
All of them have been grown in our estate El Hoyo and milled separately to preserve its aromas and flavors.
Taste: Medium-intense fruity, tomato leaves, citric and green vegetables, well balanced.
Use: Thanks to the incredible tasteful that provides is perfect to season any fresh or hot vegetable cream. Following the basic rule “less is more”, we encourage you to try it with a good traditional bread or adding to a delicious natural tomate.
